The journal brings buying guides and useful articles on consumer rights, safe payments, getting ready for winter and gift ideas.
Pay by QR code in your banking app
Many sellers now accept payment via a bank QR code. Choose “Pay by QR” at checkout.
Dark mode: easier on the eyes in the evening
You can now use Soodahub in dark mode. The switch is in the top right corner, and your choice is kept in the shop and in the seller dashboard.
Compare products: specifications side by side
Add several products to compare and see their prices and specifications next to each other. Handy when choosing appliances and clothing.
Search by photo: find a product without knowing its name
Tap the camera icon in the search bar and upload a photo — Soodahub finds similar products. Handy when you don’t know what the item is called.
Only real buyers can leave reviews
A review of a product or shop can only be written by a buyer whose order was delivered or completed, so you can trust the ratings.
Delivery across Kyrgyzstan: a page for every region
The new “Delivery across Kyrgyzstan” section has a page for every region: a price and time guide, sellers who deliver there and the main towns.
An AI assistant for sellers: connect your shop via MCP
An AI assistant can now read your products, stock and orders and, with your permission, change products. Every change is visible in your dashboard.
Delivery address: pick your district from a list
Entering an address is easier now: choose the region first, then the district from a list. The seller sees the exact address and calculates delivery correctly.
Product questions: buyers ask, sellers answer
You can now ask about size, colour or what is in the box right on the product page. The seller answers from their dashboard, and everyone can see the answer.
