1. About Soodahub
Soodahub is an online marketplace operating in the Kyrgyz Republic that connects independent sellers with buyers. Soodahub provides the platform; products are sold by the sellers listed on each product page.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
3. Buyers
When you place an order you agree to pay the listed price using one of the payment methods offered for your order. Available methods depend on the seller (for example cash on delivery, or manual transfer via MBANK, O!Dengi, Elsom or ELQR). Orders may be split across several sellers.
4. Sellers
Sellers are responsible for their listings, prices, stock, fulfilment and compliance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Soodahub deducts a commission from every completed sale. The rate that applies to your shop is shown in your seller dashboard; it is calculated on the item subtotal and not on shipping. The rate in force when an order is placed is the rate applied to that order.
5. Prohibited use
Illegal goods, counterfeit items and fraudulent activity are not allowed and may lead to suspension.
6. Liability
Soodahub acts as an intermediary and is not the seller of the products. Disputes are handled through our support and return processes.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
