This policy explains how Soodahub collects and uses your personal data in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Data”.
2. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order history and technical data needed to operate the service.
3. How we use it
To process orders, arrange delivery and payments, provide support and improve the platform.
4. Personalisation
To sort the storefront for you we record which products and categories you view, what you search for, and what you place in the cart, add to the wishlist, review or buy. Older activity counts progressively less; the raw record is deleted automatically after 180 days.
This also works before you sign in: your browser or app is given a random identifier that is stored in a first-party cookie or on your device. It contains no name, email or phone number. When you sign in, that activity is attached to your account.
You can switch personalisation off at any time in your account under “Personalized recommendations”. Switching it off stops any further recording and evaluation, and the storefront shows everyone the same order. The activity already collected stays until you delete it — there is a separate button for that on the same page — and is deleted automatically after 180 days in any case. We do not use this data for advertising and do not pass it to third parties.
5. Sharing
We share only the data sellers and delivery partners need to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Storage & security
Data is stored securely and kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
