1. Delivery options
Sellers offer courier delivery across Bishkek and the regions, and/or self-pickup. The options available for your order are shown at checkout.
2. Delivery times & cost
Times and costs are set by each seller and depend on your location. They are shown before you confirm the order; self-pickup is usually free.
3. Returns
Each seller sets their own return policy within the limits of Kyrgyz Republic consumer law. The applicable policy is shown on the product page and in your order.
4. How to return
Open the order in “My orders”, select the item and submit a return request. The seller reviews it and arranges the return.
5. Refunds
After the seller receives and checks the returned item, the refund is issued through the original payment method.
